If your sound is not playing or is interrupted, first ensure that your device is not on mute.

Why is my practice time so low?
Practice time is only counted when you are actively playing. It starts counting from the moment you start a new exercise and stops when you give a wrong answer or complete the exercise.
We are unable to track your practice time if you are using a browser in private/incognito mode.

Auris motivates students to practice through the use of a streak freeze and notifications.

Classes can be as large or small as desired. Due to Auris's personalized setup, class size does not impact the individual student's experience.

Schools can add or remove student subscriptions at any time, with payments on a monthly basis. Current and past expenses are immediately visible at a glance.

How does Auris ensure the security and privacy of our students' data?
Auris ensures the security and privacy of students' data by requesting only essential information from users and minimizing data storage. Safety is taken very seriously, and Auris complies with the strictest security requirements.
Is the data stored locally or in the cloud, and who has access to it?
Our data is stored in the cloud managed by Google according to E.U. guidelines. Passwords are encrypted and not visible to us.
Paid Plans
How do I manage my subscription plan?
Log in, navigate to settings, and select "Manage plan". This will redirect you to the Stripe portal for managing your subscription.
Note: This feature is only accessible via a browser and is not available in the Mobile App.
How can I switch between monthly and yearly plans or vice versa?
First, cancel your current plan. You can do this by logging in, going to settings, and then selecting "Manage Plan".
Second, upgrade to your preferred new plan.
